1. Make a 9 inch wide squared base frame out of copper
  2. Create a frame for a pyramid so that at the base of each face, the triangle should be 61º on both angles
  3. Gather three Bastnäsite-(La) mineral stones
  4. Arrange these minerals so that the greatest length points up
  5. Have these minerals sit so that they rest at a third of the pyramid’s height
  6. Now rest these stones on areas like your back, shoulders, and feet to help counter the build up stress that can cause you pains
  7. Careful to not have the stone sit for over 10 minutes in one spot, or minor skin trauma can occur
