- Make a 9 inch wide squared base frame out of copper
- Create a frame for a pyramid so that at the base of each face, the triangle should be 61º on both angles
- Gather three Bastnäsite-(La) mineral stones
- Arrange these minerals so that the greatest length points up
- Have these minerals sit so that they rest at a third of the pyramid’s height
- Now rest these stones on areas like your back, shoulders, and feet to help counter the build up stress that can cause you pains
- Careful to not have the stone sit for over 10 minutes in one spot, or minor skin trauma can occur
