- Go for a jog and wear a sweatband
- Drain and seal the liquid into a jar
- Use face blotting papers a few times a day
- Seal the face blotting paper in another jar
- Repeat these steps for a month
- Add both jars together along with equal parts oil in a pan
- Slowly heat up the oil, until it hits a slow simmer
- Filter this mixture through cheesecloth
- Put on protective gloves, apron and goggles for handling the next step
- In another pan, add 8 oz of lye, to 24 oz of water
- Slowly stir the water as you add the lye to it
- Add the first solution to the lye solution after it has cooled down to 100ºF
- Bring this new mixture to a low simmer, carefully to try not to overheat it
- Stir constantly as bubbles start to form in this new compound
- As all the water boils off, smaller and smaller bubbles should start forming
- When the solution finally starts becoming pale, it is ready to be poured
- Pour it a greased mold and have it sit for over 48 hours
- Use the soap you’ve made
