1. Find a partner
  2. Before beginning, designate one person as the translator and the other as the transporter
  3. Start off by sitting on the floor, facing each other
  4. Slowly start breathing together
  5. Close your eyes, and start slowing down your heart rates until they sync
  6. When both parties are synced in breath and heart beat, have the transporter start projecting thoughts of themselves into the translator’s head
  7. The translator projects that thought into a real space around them
  8. As the process is happening, keep the thoughts constant, or else seperation will form
  9. The greater the distance between the translator and the transporter, the greater connection is necessary for the process
